1. How to place an order?

2. What payment and delivery methods are available?
We accept card payments (Visa/Mastercard) online via the payment system. Delivery is carried out via Nova Poshta to a branch or by courier to your home.
3. What is the minimum order amount and do you work with wholesale customers?
The minimum order on the website is 300 UAH. We also work with retail and wholesale buyers — if you are a makeup artist, salon, or makeup school, please contact us for special terms.
4. Can I return or exchange the product?
Yes. We have a policy for exchanging and returning goods. In most cases, you can contact us within the specified period, provided that the goods have retained their marketable appearance. Details can be found in the “Exchanges and Returns” section.
