Exchange and refund

Return and Exchange Policy

We value every customer and strive to provide you with a comfortable and pleasant shopping experience. Our return and exchange policy is developed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII dated May 12, 1991, and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994 “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Protection of Consumer Rights’.”

Store Guarantees

We guarantee that all products correspond to the declared characteristics and are 100% authentic. In the event of non-conformity, you have the right to return the item within 14 days in accordance with the conditions set out below.

Return of Goods of Proper Quality

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” you may exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt (excluding the day of purchase), provided that the following conditions are met:

The product has not been used and shows no signs of wear or use.
The product retains its original appearance, consumer properties, original seals, and labels.
The original sales receipt (or other proof of purchase) is available.

Please Note!

If, upon inspection of your return or exchange request, it is determined that the product has been used, has any defects (cracks, scratches, chips, mechanical damage, except for hidden manufacturing defects), is incomplete, or lacks the original factory packaging, we will be forced to refuse the return.

Recommendation: Please carefully check the integrity and conformity of the product to your order upon receipt.

Return of Goods of Improper Quality

According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” if, within the warranty period (which is 14 days), significant defects are discovered that have arisen due to the manufacturer’s (seller’s) fault or as a result of falsification, confirmed by an expert opinion (if necessary), you have the right to choose one of the following options:

Return of the amount paid for the product.
Replacement of the product with an identical or equivalent item of proper quality available from the Seller.

If you have received a defective product or noticed any manufacturing flaws, please contact us at info@wobs.ua with the subject line “DEFECT.”

Please include in your email:
Photos clearly showing the defect(s).
Photos of the packaging and the parcel contents.
Your contact phone number.

A manager will contact you to clarify the situation.

Important!

Returns are processed via Nova Poshta delivery service.
Refunds are issued by bank transfer to the bank details provided by the customer. Refunds are typically processed within up to 5 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Goods

Please note that according to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, there is an established list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return. These include, in particular:

Perfumes and cosmetic products.
Personal hygiene items.

Recommendation: Please be especially attentive when choosing products from these categories.

Return and Exchange Delivery Terms (for International Delivery)

If you receive a product of improper quality or if the contents of the parcel do not match the order description (incorrect assortment, quantity, completeness, or packaging), the return shipping cost is covered by our store.

In cases where a product of proper quality is returned, the return shipping cost is covered by the sender (the buyer).

If a parcel is not collected or in case of refusal to accept a properly sent parcel, the refund of the product cost will be made excluding shipping costs, customs duties, penalties, and other additional expenses related to delivery and return.

For International Deliveries

Our store is not responsible for:

The imposition of customs duties or taxes.
The delivery method chosen by the postal service (branch pickup or home delivery).
The speed of customs clearance in the destination country.
The speed of delivery by the recipient country’s postal or courier service.

In case of a failed delivery attempt (for example, if the recipient is unavailable), you must contact the delivery service directly to arrange re-delivery or pickup from the local branch.

Please Note!

If you have special requests regarding the preparation or packaging of your international parcel, please specify them in the comments section when placing your order.

Should the customs authorities of the destination country request additional information, we are ready to provide the necessary support. However, please note that the clearance and receipt of the parcel are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
